We want your experience with Réhahn Photographie to be seamless and satisfying, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Shipping Information

Free worldwide shipping
Delivery within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location
Remote areas may require additional time

Photographies

Free international shipping
Allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery
Some regions may require additional time

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Damaged or Faded Prints

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
Include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging

Our prints are produced using archival quality materials, but they remain sensitive to environmental conditions such as light, heat, and humidity over time.

To preserve your artwork, we recommend:

Display it away from direct sunlight
Use UV protective glass when framing
Avoid areas with high humidity or heat

Please note: We are unable to replace prints that have deteriorated due to aging, light exposure, or improper display, as these factors are outside of our control.

However, we value long term satisfaction. If your print has faded or deteriorated over time, please nous contacter. In select cases, we may offer a special replacement or a discounted reorder.

3. Coupon Codes and Promotional Offers

Coupon codes and promotional discounts must be applied during the checkout process. Once an order has been placed, coupon codes cannot be added retroactively under any circumstance.

For reasons of fairness and transparency, we do not allow:

Cancellation of an existing order to place a new one using a coupon code
Partial refunds or reimbursements of the price difference to match a promotional code seen after the purchase
Re processing or modifying an already confirmed order to apply a discount

All promotional offers are valid only at the time of purchase, and only when the code is entered successfully at checkout. If a code is not applied at that moment, no retroactive adjustments can be made.
